3. Booking and Payment

  • To secure a cleaning service with 757 Best Cleaners, you will be required to provide valid payment details at the time of booking. However, your card will not be charged immediately.
  • An authorization hold will be placed on your card 12 hours prior to your scheduled service to ensure the availability of funds. This is a temporary hold and not an actual charge.
  • Payment will only be processed upon completion of the cleaning service. You will receive a receipt for your payment via email.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods. All payments are securely processed.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 fee.
  • If 757 Best Cleaners needs to cancel or reschedule a service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and reschedule at your convenience.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will return to correct any issues at no additional cost.

6. Liability

While 757 Best Cleaners takes all reasonable precautions to protect your home and belongings during the cleaning process, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damages or wear and tear to your property.
  • Damage resulting from improper use of cleaning products or tools in your home without prior knowledge.
  • Valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items left unsecured during cleaning.

7. Changes to Services

757 Best Cleaners reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes to services via email or on our website.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
